Networking is an inescapable reality for the Belgian Disability Forum (BDF). Over time, a web is woven, partnerships are increasing and cooperation intensifies. Informal contacts become structural. In this section, BDF presents its most important partners.
Of course, we do not present here the organisations that are BDF members.
Partnership development
Initially, BDF partners were the European Disability Forum (EDF) and the Conseil Supérieur National des Personnes Handicapées (CSNPH).
Later on, Regional and Community consultative bodies joined in.
In the future, other contacts could become regular partnerships, for BDF wishes:
- to act as an intermediary between multiple Belgian players in the field of disability
- to be a generator of European and international contributions
Networking
Through networking, the integration of disability in the European and international policies will grow and bear fruit in Belgium, even in its municipalities.
