For the FDF, Cristina Coteanu explains that she wants to put her long "technocratic" experience with the European Union at the service of politics. She wants to meet the expectations of the population.

It therefore calls for more Structural Funds to be used to improve accessibility and mobility. She refers to Spain, which has made extensive use of the Structural Funds for this purpose.

The FDF also defends the idea of a minimum income for everyone, including people with disabilities.

In the field of employment, quotas for the employment of people with disabilities in the private sector are, in her opinion, very important. There are many examples of good practice in other European countries.
